By accessing or using any product, service, or platform operated by Oryn Labs, LLC ("Oryn Labs", "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the services immediately.

- Platform: any website, application, or digital service operated by Oryn Labs, including but not limited to Konectadu, Wazapi, Seducar, Videx, NF Recorrente, Figgaro, SMSGo, Certame, and other portfolio products.
- User: any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Platform.
- Personal Data: information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined by applicable data protection laws.
- Services: features, tools, and content made available through the Platform.
3. Eligibility
The Services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older, or duly represented legal entities. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Accounts and Credentials
Certain Services require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Certain Services may be offered through subscription or paid plans. Specific conditions regarding pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation are provided at the time of purchase. Oryn Labs reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
8. Availability and Support
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily suspend access. Support channels are provided according to your subscription plan.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oryn Labs disclaims all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or specific outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oryn Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oryn Labs, its partners, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
12. Suspension and Termination
Oryn Labs may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes not amicably resolved shall be submitted to the competent courts of Orange County, Florida.
